Get Ready for the Most Fun Sketch Yet!
I know, I know, I say it every week. And it's true every week because I've already forgotten the previous weeks. 😂 I promise I'm not being disingenuous.
Some sketches lend themselves to designing a playful card, while others seem to lend more towards serious, but this lucky sketch can do both!
Speaking of lucky...donna_gourley13, you're our prize winner from last week! Email me at kim@mftstamps.com and I'll send over your prize.
See what I mean? It easily lends itself to an elegant card, and can also be whimsical.
As per usual, the DT has gone to town! I so love seeing the different interpretations!!
I am in love with Jess's card! This is such an original take on the sketch. I love the scene she created. Genius!
Candice went in an entirely different direction, and her card is fabulous! I love how she added vellum to create the circular aspect of the challenge. It was the perfect choice.
I really love little scenes in cards and Jeanne's island scene is awesome! I love the finishing touches she added like the leaves on the palm trees and dimension on the rock. Swoon!
This is such a sweet card. It really touched me when I saw it. I'm not sure what it is, so I can't put it into words, other than I love it!
Deborah has done it again! Her tree looks so realistic! and I love where she added the light on the path. I think I've shared with everyone that my mind is like a colander. I have no idea what will stick. 🤣 What's funny about that and this card is that while I can't remember the word for trash can, I can remember the name on the mailbox; which is Mr. Sanders. ❤️
I ADORE this card!! I think Zoe hit it right out of the park and has a guaranteed home run!
I've got nothing else to say, and am happily just staring at it.
And one last important thing to remember: Follow and love our Design Team! They are amazing! Show them some love, it will make them feel good, and it will make you feel good. And frankly, I could use some good about now.
