Welcome to another Weekly Sketch Challenge!
Turn each inspiring sketch into a mini work of art to add to your stash — you could also add $50 worth of brand new MFT to your collection! Now that is a win-win.
Below you’ll find Sketch 525. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week’s sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher.
MFT products are encouraged but not required. We just want to see what this week’s sketch inspires you to create! You can enter your cards for this week’s challenge in the Inlinkz Link Up at the bottom of this post.
We're welcoming Sindhu back to the blog today with her take on this week's sketch design.
The fun diagonal elements in this week's sketch provide a great opportunity to think outside the box. Sindhu created an uplifting scene complete with a Heart Air Balloon and a billowing cloud-filled sky.
Barbara went for a bright and cheerful look by creating a backdrop with a Color Blast rainbow, ink blended clouds and a trio of die cut hearts. She recreated the rectangle elements from the sketch, with 3 sentiment strips that provide great contrast with her colorful design.
Anna used the sketch layout to create grounding elements for her adorable mice characters. She adhered the strips of patterned paper and some of the stamped images with foam adhesive for added dimension, and completed her card with a simple stamped sentiment.
Congratulations, Lesley! You are the randomly selected winner from last week's sketch challenge.
