Welcome to another Weekly Sketch Challenge!
Turn each inspiring sketch into a mini work of art to add to your stash — you could also add $50 worth of brand new MFT to your collection! Now that is a win-win.
Below you’ll find Sketch 508. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week’s sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher.
MFT products are encouraged but not required. We just want to see what this week’s sketch inspires you to create! You can enter your cards for this week’s challenge in the Inlinkz Link Up at the bottom of this post.
We're welcoming Vanessa back to the blog today with her take on this week's sketch.
Pink isn't usually a color that comes to mind when crafting a winter scene, but Vanessa definitely made it work on her sweet holiday card. A beautiful blended sky coordinates perfectly with her stamped image and complements her sentiment strip adding a cohesive look to her design.
Francine kept her design very similar to this week's sketch and created a vibrant and colorful Halloween design that takes center stage on her card. The layered ink blended circles add interest to her backdrop that highlights her scene beautifully.
Angelica added bright pops of color to her holiday design with coordinating card stock and patterned paper. A subtle tone-on-tone stamped background adds interest, while keeping the focus on her adorable stamped snowman bearing a sack full of gifts.
Congratulations, Annette! You are the randomly selected winner from last week's sketch challenge.
