Wednesday Sketch Challenge - Sketch 497

Welcome to another Weekly Sketch Challenge!

Turn each inspiring sketch into a mini work of art to add to your stash — you could also add $50 worth of brand new MFT to your collection! Now that is a win-win.

Below you’ll find Sketch 497. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week’s sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher.

MFT products are encouraged but not required. We just want to see what this week’s sketch inspires you to create! You can enter your cards for this week’s challenge in the Inlinkz Link Up at the bottom of this post.

We're welcoming Ashley back to the blog today with her take on this week's sketch.

Ashley kept her design similar to this week's sketch and created a collage of elements as the backdrop for her polaroid frame. The bright colors on her stamped image provide great contrast against the white and navy blue background, while the embossed balloons complement her birthday theme perfectly.

Anna added depth and dimension to her design with a raised photo frame. She adhered her adorable kitties with and without foam adhesive to further emphasize the raised areas, creating shadows, and interest to her scene.

Angelica went with a bold look on her design, featuring a contrasting black and white polka dot background. Bright and cheerful colors on her delightful birds bring her scene to life, giving her card a fun and playful look.
