Welcome to another weekly Sketch Challenge!
Turn each inspiring sketch into a mini work of art to add to your stash — you could also add $50 worth of brand new MFT to your collection! Now that is a win-win.
Below you’ll find Sketch 481. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week’s sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher.
MFT products are encouraged but not required. We just want to see what this week’s sketch inspires you to create! You can enter your cards for this week’s challenge in the Inlinkz Link Up at the bottom of this post.
We're welcoming Ashlea back to the blog today with her take on this week's sketch.
Ashlea featured one of the adorable Caticorn characters on her card with a colorful rainbow as the backdrop for her scene. A stamped sentiment provides and heartfelt greeting that nicely complements her design.
A strip of patterned paper is a great way to accent a card design with a subtle pattern. Anna featured one of the new Spring Whimsy papers on her design to coordinate with her stamped and colored images. The addition of a single tiny heart conveys happiness and love on her sweet scene.
Caly also featured a rainbow on her design and used a layer of vellum to highlight her festive penguin and stamped sentiment. Adding the main panel to a white card base keeps the focus on her colorful birthday scene.
Congratulations, Kerys! You are the randomly selected winner of last week’s sketch challenge.

I love the little card with the bird and sunflowers. I’m working on Easter cards so I’ve nothing to enter but I do love the card designs. MFT is one of my favorite stores.
