Wednesday Sketch Challenge - Sketch 471

Before we get to today's post, we have our randomly selected Seasons Givings Blog Hop winner to announce! Our lucky winner will receive a $100 Shopping Spree in the MFT boutique.

Mendy Crumpton

Congratulations to you, Mendy! We'll be contacting you later today to get your prize to you.

Thanks so much to everyone that participated in the blog hop, and to Latisha for coordinating again this year. It's been so nice to make acquaintance with some new MFT friends and say hey to some of our long-time friends. Once again, have a wonderful 2020!

Welcome to another Weekly Sketch Challenge!

Turn each inspiring sketch into a mini work of art to add to your stash — you could also add $50 worth of brand new MFT to your collection! Now that is a win-win.

Below you’ll find Sketch 471. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week’s sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher.

MFT products are encouraged but not required. We just want to see what this week’s sketch inspires you to create! You can enter your cards for this week’s challenge in the Inlinkz Link Up at the bottom of this post.

We're welcoming Danielle back to the blog today with her take on this week's Sketch Challenge.

Barbara kept her design very similar to this week's sketch, using the new Conversation Hearts stamp set for her trio of elements. A patterned paper background complements her love-themed card and perfectly coordinates with her stamped hearts.

Debbie featured the Conversation Hearts on her design as well, but chose a more traditional color palette for her love-themed card. The mix of red and pink with the white background is perfect for a special valentine.

Danielle included a trio of hearts on her card but made the large die cut sentiment the focus on her design. The scalloped frames add a fun and playful look to her design and helps her greeting stand out against the background.

Congratulations, Fran! You are the randomly selected winner of last week’s sketch challenge.

You can view all the entries for last week’s challenge HERE.

Now, it’s your turn. You have until January 14 at noon EST to add your link and be eligible for the prize of $50 in MFT Cash to be spent in the MFT boutique. Winners are chosen at random, so everyone has a chance!
