Welcome to another Weekly Sketch Challenge!
Turn each inspiring sketch into a mini work of art to add to your stash — you could also add $50 worth of brand new MFT to your collection! Now that is a win-win.
Below you’ll find Sketch 439. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week’s sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher.
MFT products are encouraged but not required. We just want to see what this week’s sketch inspires you to create! You can enter your cards for this week’s challenge in the Inlinkz Link Up at the bottom of this post.
Those rectangular elements in this week's sketch lend themselves perfectly to the color blocking technique Melania employed. Don't miss how she positioned the colored beakers in relation to the colored blocks — what a fantastic way to achieve balance on an incredibly colorful card!
Debbie has taken the opposite approach, opting for a muted, monochromatic color scheme. Also, rather than treating the blocks as individual elements, she's envisioned them as a single image divided into sections. It's so subtle, but so effective!
Congratulations, Claire A! You are the randomly selected winner of last week’s sketch challenge.
You can view all the entries for last week’s challenge HERE.
Now, it’s your turn. You have until June 4, at noon EDT to add your link and be eligible for the prize of $50 in MFT Cash to be spent in the MFT boutique. Winners are chosen at random, so everyone has a chance!

Great sketch and cards!
I think this is one of my favorite sketch challenges. The wort from the DT is awesome and inspiring
The little scientists are so cute. Love these stamps.
I love the muted monochromatic color scheme. I am thinking about doing this for my Christmas cards this year but using a green (fir tree) paper! LOVE IT!
Chuffed to bits with my gift voucher thank you! You put a big smile on my face this morning!
