Today, we're so happy to welcome Sindhu to the blog to share two cards featuring some of the newest release items. You'll love learning more about her ideas for pairing some of them with previously released items!

Sindhu here. I'm so honoured and excited to be guest designing for MFT today! I have a couple of cards I made using the November release to share with you.

It is an absolute delight when new products pair well with previously released ones. As soon as I saw the Cool Cats stamp set, all I could think about was how great it would go with the Houseplants Die-namics set.

I started by stamping the images and colouring them using Copic markers. I used the coordinating dies to cut them all. Then, I die cut the frame using the Stitched Collage Frame Die-namics and backed it with a brick wall created with the English Brick Wall Stencil. I adhered all the images and stamped the sentiment. Finally, I adhered the panel to the card base.

The next card features Friendship Looks Great from the November release. I paired it with the Watercolor Wash Free Form Die-namics. I sponged Distress Inks onto the die cut and set it aside to dry. After stamping the images and colouring them with Copic markers, I cut them out using the coordinating dies. Next, I adhered the images to the inked die cut and attached it to a white card stock panel measuring 4” × 5 1/4”.

On a card base, I adhered a patterned paper from the Stripe Splash Paper Pad and added the card panel to the card base, finishing with a sentiment strip.
