I love the poinsettias!! Looks like I will be making my Christmas cards with MFT stamps again this year … I love all of them!
Oh my goodness I absolutely LOVE the pretty Poinsettias! This just happens to be close to my heart like literally. Every year of my adult life starting in my 20’s, my grandfather (who was like my father, he raised me with my mom), purchased real beautiful poinsettias at the Holiday for me and would bring them over for me to enjoy for the couple of weeks leading up to Christmas. Every YEAR he did this for me and it became a beautiful Holiday tradition. Well in 2009, he passed away suddenly in May and that was the very start of my first year without him and without his gorgeous poinsettias that he would pick out and purchase for me. I was 35 years old when he passed away. I was devastated. He was my whole world. To this day, I still CANNOT look at real poinsettias without crying. I have NOT had any real poinsettias since Christmas time of 2008, the last time he purchased them for me. I just cannot bring myself to purchase them on my own and it’s very sentimental to me. With that being said, I absolutely LOVE to color in Christmas pages or coloring books with poinsettias as it reminds me so very much of him and our special tradition we had together with the gorgeous floral. I would absolutely LOVE to own a poinsettia stamp as beautiful as this so it’s definitely on my list to purchase! I make my Holiday cards every year and I have only had one poinsettia stamp from many years ago that I no longer have because I have never been able to find it after I moved from my old home to my new home a couple years ago. I just never got around to purchasing a new poinsettia stamp set but this one is a must have! I am in love with it! Beautiful cards done up by the team as well! THANK you if you have read this long post, I appreciate the time to be able to share my story and how very special this stamp set is to my heart. Thank you MFT!
