A bold balloon shape and vibrant candy colors are the perfect foil for an understated birthday greeting. Laura loves playing with dimension (because, dimension is life), so her inset balloon paired with layered balloons is just her jam. A simple double-die-cutting technique with a slightly deeper shade of each base balloon is an easy was to create a bit of extra contrast and dimension.
