Our website provides checkout options for PayPal and credit cards. We are sure you will find checking out extremely easy, but should you have any questions, please email us. We don't store payment information in our system, so rest assured your credit card information is safe and secure.
Order Changes and Cancellation Information
We work to ship orders as quickly as possible, and in order to maintain the quick shipping we are legendary for, we are not able to make any changes to an order once it is placed. We are not able to add or remove items, or exchange items within an order. We are also not able to cancel orders. Should you need to make a return, all of our return information is listed HERE.
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. In order to offer you the quickest and safest shipping available, we ship via FedEx whenever possible. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes, so please list an actual street address when possible. We offer the following shipping options:
Continental US Orders
- All orders under $75 will be charged $6.50.
- All orders over $75 will be shipped free of charge.
Hawaii, Alaska, and International Orders
- Shipping is calculated based on weight.
- All orders over $75 will receive a $6.50 shipping credit, automatically applied to your shopping cart.
*Orders outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, and various other fees not listed here, as designated by your countries policies. These fees range, but can be 30% or higher. My Favorite Things is not responsible for these charges. We must mark actual package value on the orders we ship. We cannot reduce the value of your packages, or mark them as "gifts". Should you refuse a package for any reason, all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any fees imposed by your country will be deducted from the refund owed to you once we receive the return. All duties and fees are imposed as soon as a package reaches customs, and MFT is not responsible for any of those charges.

Make sure your address is correct both in your MFT account and within your PayPal account (if applicable). We print labels based on the address listed within your PayPal account, and if it is incorrect, your order will not be shipped to your desired address. While we try to catch errors and make corrections, we cannot guarantee delivery to your desired address unless it is correct at the time your order is placed.
Should your shipping cost exceed the listed rates, we will contact you with any additional postage costs, which must be paid prior to your order being shipped.
