Mini Balloon Shaker Window & Frame Die-namics

We're miniaturized our previously released Balloon Shaker Window & Frame to release this darling smaller version. Create perfectly-sized holes in your card fronts and panels to accommodate our Mini Balloon Shaker Pouches. The 1/8" frame element will layer over the pouch to conceal the pouch edge and create a beautiful seamless look. Also included are balloon strings and a curled ribbon accent.
