Welcome to another Weekly Sketch Challenge!
Turn each inspiring sketch into a mini work of art to add to your stash — you could also add $50 worth of brand new MFT to your collection! Now that is a win-win.
Below you’ll find Sketch 454. Create cards, scrapbook layouts, home decor, treat containers, mixed media, etc. using this week’s sketch and be sure to link your project below for a chance at the weekly My Favorite Things Gift Voucher.
MFT products are encouraged but not required. We just want to see what this week’s sketch inspires you to create! You can enter your cards for this week’s challenge in the Inlinkz Link Up at the bottom of this post.
We're welcoming Lisa back to the blog today with her take on this week's sketch.
Lisa created an adorable coffee-themed card featuring the newest Pure Innocence stamp set, Grande-Sized Love and included a couple of cute critters to keep her company. She flipped the sketch layout upside down and added inked rays on the background instead of the vertical stripes on the sketch.
Francine kept her design very similar to the sketch layout, creating rainbow stripes along the bottom. The Artist Palette provides a large focal image and nicely complements the colorful stripes with coordinating splashes of paint.
Nicole went with a fall-themed card and used the horizontal stripe on the sketch as inspiration for her autumn leaves. A white, heat embossed background fills the bottom half of her card, with selective inking highlighting the vertical stripe design.
Congratulations, Mary! You are the randomly selected winner of last week’s sketch challenge.
You can view all the entries for last week’s challenge HERE.
Now, it’s your turn. You have until September 17, at noon EDT to add your link and be eligible for the prize of $50 in MFT Cash to be spent in the MFT boutique. Winners are chosen at random, so everyone has a chance!

What a great sketch and the DT cards are fabulous! I don’t think I could pick a fav. They are all so beautiful!
I really like the art stamps and dies. I have grandchildren and make their teachers and class treats. Not a card maker.
