Payment Information

Our website provides checkout options for Shop Pay, and express options such as PayPal, Google, and Amazon. We also offer Afterpay. We are sure you will find checking out extremely easy, but should you have any questions, please email us. We don't store payment information in our system, so rest assured your credit card information is safe and secure.

Order Changes and Cancellation Information

We work to ship orders as quickly as possible, and in order to maintain the quick shipping we are legendary for, we are not able to make any changes to an order once it is placed. We are not able to add or remove items, or exchange items within an order. We are also not able to cancel orders once processed. Should you need to make a return, all of our return information is listed HERE.

Shipping Information

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days. We offer the following shipping options for our retail customers:

US & Puerto Rico Orders

  • All orders under $85 may select the shipping method of their choice.
  • All orders $85 or more (after discounts) will be shipped free of charge, when selecting "Free Shipping".

International Orders

  • Actual shipping cost is calculated based on weight and selected shipping method.

Orders outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, and various other fees not listed here, as designated by your countries policies. These fees range, but can be 30% or higher between advancement fees and import taxes. My Favorite Things is not responsible for these charges. We must mark actual product value on the orders we ship. We cannot reduce the value of your packages, or mark them as "gifts". Should you refuse a package for any reason, all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any fees imposed by your country will be deducted from the refund owed to you once we receive the return. All duties and fees are imposed as soon as a package reaches customs, and MFT is not responsible for any of those charges.

Make sure your shipping address is correct, as our shipping program pulls this directly from your order. While we try to catch errors and make corrections, we cannot guarantee delivery to your desired address unless it is correct at the time your order is placed.
