Return Policy

MFT is happy to accept returned products for a store credit of full product value, or a cash refund minus any applicable restocking fee. 

To receive any kind of credit or exchange, the products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. If an item is not in unused, re-sellable condition, we can not offer exchange or credit. 

If orders are returned, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. This restocking fee does not pertain to orders that were shipped incorrectly or to damaged products.

Please send returned merchandise, along with a copy of your packing slip to the address below.  Make sure to write on your packing slip whether you'd prefer a store credit or a refund.
