 Who is Who's That Girl?
Who's that Girl is designed without any facial features intentionally, so she is not limited to any race, age, or ethnicity, and can literally be EVERY woman. Just who is Who's that Girl? She's me and YOU!

 When should I receive my order?
The USPS lists 6-10 business days for US delivery and 14 business days for International delivery. If you have not received your order after this time, please contact us. While the USPS does not offer true shipment tracking, they do assign a label number that assist with finding out more information on your package.

  Can you mark my item with low duty or as a gift?
We are not able to mark package values lower than their actual value. We appreciate your understanding.

 Do you have MFT sets that need a new home?
MFT encourages using the Buy/Sell/Trade forum on Splitcoast Stampers to sell all new or used PURCHASED MFT sets. We would prefer it be handled this way as opposed to listing them on your blog or ebay if possible. Should you receive a demo set from MFT, or any packaged MFT set as part of a prize or as compensation for DT duties; including Guest Designer positions, the sale of such sets are prohibited.

 I am involved in a swap/charity event and would like to ask for a donation. What should I do?
 While we work diligently within the Stamping community, we simply are not able to honor each request. Please feel free to contact us, and know we will do our best to support your cause.

 I got published using MFT stamps! What do I get?
 Excellent! Send me a picture of the magazine cover, page info, and supply list. MFT must be listed as well as the set or Die-namics name. We do offer a publication incentive which will be emailed to you upon receipt of your proof of publication.

 I have an account in the store and have a new email address. Can I change my login information? I moved to another house. Can I change my address?
Yes, you can. Click on the link "My Account" at the right side of the page (above the shopping cart box). In the "Account Information" page that appears, the top two links are to change email and address book. The first link "View or change my account information." opens a page where the email address can be changed. The second link "View or change entries in my address book." opens a page where the "primary address" can be changed.
