Good morning (here at least) it’s Friday! I created this simple boxy bag, originated by Jody Morrow, for a make n take project we’re doing at a Rep show next month. It was SO stinkin’ simple, I looked at it initially and thought it looked very complicated, but once I really started the process it came together in a jif. I used the Chill Out image from Annie LaPoint, and stamped it twice, once on white cs and once on pp. I needed to create something you can replicate within 10 minutes, so a lot of coloring was not an option! Inside I packed a Chill Out stamp, so at the end of the make n take this can be handed out as a door prize!
Today is Oldie PLUS Goodie Friday on the MFT SCS Forum, the challenge is an inspiration card, so check it out! The PLUS Goodies part refers to the $5 gift certificate someone will win just for playing along today.
As the Oct 1st release draws near, it’s also time for an MFTREAT!!!!
Many months ago, Cindy Haffner emailed me asking if we could carry some kind of hard plastic case to house our MFT stamps. I thought that sounded like a clever idea, and went to work finding a company to manufacture them, IN FULL COLOR! I mean really, your MFT stamps are stylish, and deserve a home as fashionable as they are, right? So no plain Jane case for us! These will go on sale Wed night during the release, and we are incredibly excited about sharing them with all of you! I will post next week with my labeling suggestions, and exactly how much you fit into one of these babies, but for now, let’s just play!
The MFTreat will consist of one storage box and TWO of the retiring sets of my choosing, both of which (and then some) will fit inside this storage box!
How is that for some good, clean fun!
Leave a numbered comment below and I’ll pull a winner Wed afternoon!!!
