What an awesomely sweet idea! I can see adding “sprinkles” to the texture paste before it dries. I love the realistic look of the ice cream and cone and the little dash of striped paper on the edge is all you need to finish this one off. Sooooo cute!!

That is the cutest card! I have used texture paste with stencils but never thought of using it on die cuts. You could also add glitter to the ice cream cones while it is wet. Very pretty.

I was wondering if you could used the ink around the edges of each scoop or would it be much darker because you blended the ink with the texture paste? My dad was a huge ice cream cone fan and would have loved this card. Thanks for sharing this technique with us – it was new to me.
