This week I am honored to have a Debbie Olson join us as MFT’s Fabulous Friend!
As an interesting bit of MFT Trivia, Debbie was the very first ever MFT Guest Designer.
I have long been a huge fan of this stamping legend, and am always inspired by amazing artistry.
Before we get to her lovely creation, let’s get nosy!
What is your signature move? Is there one style or technique that seems to adorn your every creation?
I can’t stay away from my sewing machine. Somebody needs to lock it up! Buttons are a close second. If I had no buttons or sewing machine, I think I might need to quit stamping.
What’s your favorite MFT set and why?
Right now, I love the charm of the Pure Innocence line in general, but a favorite? Hmmmm–perhaps the Better Get Better girl and teddy bear. She’s such a darling image for get well cards!
What do you hoard?
I tend to hoard certain embellishments–chipboard, flowers, lace. I use ribbon and buttons, but save the other things–weird, I know. I’m not as bad about hoarding as I used to be, mostly because I have begun to learn that it’s better to use something when you still love it and when it’s fresh and trendy, than to wait until you don’t love it any more and it’s old hat to everyone.
Here is her sweet Happy Mail card…
Debbie was even kind enough to list her Copic color choices for us!
Please make sure you stop by Debbie’s BLOG to leave her some love and thank her for sharing her wonderful work with all of us! She MIGHT even have more eye candy…
