Happy Monday! Today I’m excited to be featuring Amy Rohl, whom I had the pleasure of meeting last summer in Orlando. I fell in love with her personality, and incredible humor, and just loved getting to know her! Her work, for those of you that follow her, is always delightful and often enexpected! I love it when I see a clever “trick” and scratch my head wondering why I hadn’t thought of it before, and I find myself doing that on almost every project Amy creates.
Before I show off Amy’s gorgeous projects, let’s get nosy!
What is your signature move? Is there one style or technique that seems to adorn your every creation?
Boy, this is a tough one because I usually try out something I’ve seen someone else do, make it my own, hold onto it for a month and move to the next best thing I’ve seen. Right now, I’m loving Bingo cards and big bows with buttons…how’s that?!
What’s your favorite MFT set and why?
Right now, anything Pure Innocence, and if I have to specify which one, I would have to say You Make the Grade, even though I haven’t inked her up or paper pieced her…yet!
Any funny stamping stories? Glitter mishaps?? SPILL!
I think the funniest, cutest thing I can think of was sitting down at my stamping table and detecting that “something” wasn’t right…a stamped image on my grid paper, ribbon lying about that I hadn’t used, scraps of paper that I hadn’t cut…only to find out later that my dear husband had been stamping a Christmas card for me while I was at work…I know, makes your tooth hurt, doesn’t it?!
Now don’t forget to hop on over and let Amy know how much you appreciate her sharing her fabulous work with all of us!
