Exquisite!!! I have not colored on kraft before – really! I’ve stamped in white and colored over white ink, but not directly to the kraft. This is amazing! Thank you for sharing this beautiful technique!

Coloring on Kraft paper is a challenge… Especially I think with pencil. Markers might be easier as they put more concentrated pigment down so effortlessly. I really do prefer coloring on white not even on ivory… But on white. Card stock watercolor paper for my two surfaces of choice. It was fun watching you color your flowers on the craft paper. Your card came out very pretty.

I have been using kraft cardstock more often because it has a warmer tone that blends well with so many different mediums. I like the look of markers for coloring, but have to admit that I prefer colored pencils because they are more forgiving. I like that your flowers are bright and cheery and that lime green on the leaves was perfect.
