Camp Create – Monochromatic Magic

Welcome to our final session of the summer here at Camp Create! Sessions one and two were a smashing success, and we’re looking forward to seeing old friends this session and hope to meet new campers, too! Our camp counselors are excited to share six (yes, six!) more crafts with you this week to take your creativity to the next level, so after your morning swim lesson you can join us here at the craft cabin for another arts and crafts extravaganza!

The goal is to participate in our craft sessions each day and earn your Camp Create badges! If you’re a seasoned camper, you already know that, but for those of you who are new this session, earning all five badges means the chance at some fun prizes. YAY!

As a participant in Camp Create, you immediately earn the badge pictured below. Copy and paste this image and post it on your blog, Facebook page, or Instagram feed to let everyone back home know how you spent your summer vacation. If you’re HTML savvy, you can find a direct link to the image HERE.

Ready to find out how to earn today’s badge? It’s going to be a fun one. But they all are, aren’t they? It’s all about getting creative and stretching yourself. We’re hoping that by the end of the week, you’ll have learned a lot and earned all five (plus one!) badges. Are you ready campers? Let’s begin.

Today’s Craft – Monochromatic Magic

Join Counselor Stephanie today as she inspires you to create with one color family like she did in her pretty monochromatic design using the Big Birthday Sentiments stamp set and a lot of pretty products all dressed in aqua!

This has been SUCH a fun week for me. My son is off at camp and I’ve used the opportunity to look over the demonstration cards, learn from the instructional videos, try things out myself AND have a fun, fun time while doing so. Thanks for the opportunity to participate in a card challenge with a twist! I really have enjoyed my time creating for Camp Create.

    Love the look of this!
I wanted to play along last time, but I never received a reply to the question I posted: do you need to use MFT products on every card? My collection of MFT products is still rather limited. TIA.

    Hello,
I won the week befores gift from MFT and it arrived today. The video which I had commented on was the razzelberry inked florals with white ink stamped over the florals stamped in razzleberry. I love this technique plus the card made on that day.
I want to thank MFT stamp co. for the kind of opportunities you give the home crafter to try their hand in something that is a little more challenging from their otherwise everyday kind of card. Thank you for the goodies that came in the box too. I very much appreciate them. Now there is still time to give today’s technique a go. Once more, thank you.
