I was DYING to break out my newest Blueprints 2 Die-namics to try it out, and went rogue with my own *sketch* using the provided components. I wanted a simple, bold color scheme, and knew I had the perfect match in Blu Raspberry, Smooth White, and Steel Grey.

I stamped the word Birthday in Blu Raspberry ink, and then stamped Happy using Black Licorice ink. I then stamped Birthday again in Top Boss, and mixed together a very chunky glitter and clear embossing powder. It looks so neat IRL! I’ll definitely try that trick again in the near future.

I love that this card works for any age and any gender, and am SO thankful to have a few birthday cards in my stash to pull from. I actually had to PURCHASE a birthday card recently and I felt HORRIBLE. Sigh. Well, I’ve gotten over it, of course, but boy did it teach me a lesson. :D

  • You can enter to win by leaving a comment on the MFT Blog before NOON EST on April 9th. Only one comment per person, please.
  • Winners will be randomly selected from all entries and will be posted at 8 PM EST on April 9th on the MFT Blog.

Up first, let’s take a look at our newest Triple Scoop Reward set, Chocolate Sentiments. This stamp set is available FREE to customers purchasing $60 or more, exclusive of tax and shipping. Read more about the Triple Scoop Reward program HERE.

Our new Doodle Garden Sweet as Can Bee is definitely sweet as can be!

Our à la modes collection is growing this month with à la modes Reflection.

We have one more Pure Innocence image making its debut today.  Pure Innocence I Wheelie Like You would be great paired with the new Bicycle Die-namics!

Our new Bicycle Die-namics is large enough to take center stage on your projects, but works as an accent also.  Because of the intricate details of this die, we recommend you use additional shims or the Metal Adaptor Plate for best results.

You can see a quick video featuring the Bicycle Die-namics HERE or simply click play below:

Our Red Delicious Die-namics die set provides you with everything you need to create the perfect apple. Use it for teacher gifts, 3-D projects, or as an accent on a card or scrapbook layout.

You can see a quick video featuring the Red Delicious Die-namics HERE or simply click play below:

The Scalloped Treat Box Die-namics is perfect for party favors, treats, or a small gift.

The last of our new Premium Dye Ink colors to debut this release is Hot Fudge. It coordinates beautifully with the Hot Fudge Replenishments found in the MFT Boutique. Our Hot Fudge Premium Dye Ink will be available in a full-sized ink pad and as a refill during our new release on Tuesday April 9th at 10 PM EST.

*Please note – this ink dries to a rich brown that matches our card stock perfectly.

Here you can see and compare the range of colors in our Brown Replenishments line.

I’m back today with a card I created using our new Bicycle Die-namics. I combined the Bicycle with Snow Drifts Die-namics and Skyline Border Die-namics to create a little scene. I cut the Skyline using a multi-colored patterned paper panel, and also used patterned paper with the Snow Drifts die as well to add a little interest. I wanted to tie in the stars in the patterned paper, so I cut a stitched panel from the new Blueprints 2, and added a few stars using a stamp in Hello My Name Is, in Sour Apple ink. Once all of the pieces for my scene were cut, I inked the edges of the grassy field since I wanted them to have a little dimension, and then I popped up the grassy field panels and the Bicycle.

I hope you’re enjoying the Teasers this month, I know I am!

We’ve got some exciting news to share today so let’s get started!

We are over the moon today as we are introducing the new Wendy Burns Design line! Wendy’s line is fun, whimsical, and blast to color! The first set from the Wendy Burns Design line is called Cupcake Cutie, and is it ever CUTE!!

Birthday Sentiments, last month’s Triple Scoop set, will available for purchase with our April Release.

The Laina Lamb Design line has brought the trendy name tag to life in the new stamp set, Hello My Name Is.  This fun set coordinates with the Insert It – 3×4 Insert Die-namics, fits perfectly in the 3×4 scrapbook pockets, and makes a great accent on a scrapbook layout or a card.

Our Accent It – Story Titles Die-namics provides a new way to title your scrapbook pages, mini books, and more.  The clever “on the edge” design die-cuts the word, leaving the lower edge attached to your cardstock.  Combine it with other Die-namics or trim your cardstock as desired for a multitude of design options.

You can see a quick video featuring the Accent It – Story Titles Die-namics HERE or simply click play below:

Document It – Expand Your View, also from Laina Lamb Design, is a great sentiment set, and also coordinates with the new Accent It – Reel Life Die-namics to create fun accents for cards or scrapbook layouts.

Our Accent It – Reel Life brings the vintage Viewfinder back to life.  Use Accent It – Reel Life alone, or pair it with Document It – Expand Your View for your cards, mini books, and scrapbook layouts.

Custom mini albums are all the rage, and our new Mini Album Bracket STAX Die-namics provides you the opportunity to create mini albums in a variety of sizes.

Our new Open Simply Scallops Trio Die-namics provides you with three different sized scallops to maximize your design options.

We’ve added new colors to our Premium Dye Ink collection this month. Our new Orange Fizz Premium Dye Ink will be available as a full-sized pad and as a refill during our April Release. The Premium Dye Ink and Refill will join the Orange Fizz Replenishments that are already available in the MFT Boutique.

Here you can see the comparison between the Orange Fizz Card Stock and Tangy Orange Card Stock.

One more addition to the MFT Boutique is Smooth White Card Stock. Our Smooth White Card Stock offers a very smooth finish, ideal for stamping bold or solid images using our Premium Dye Ink Pads.

I needed a quick card to thank hubby for helping Brianna get moved into her house, and I thought the new Hello My Name Is stamp set from Laina Lamb would be PERFECT. The design is simple, but effective, and gets the point across (pun intended).

I started by stamping my Hello My Name Is panel, and then die-cutting it using the Insert It – 3 x 4 Insert Die-namics. Since it’s such a big element on a card front, I thought about how I could incorporate other elements to make it interesting, but in such a way as to complement the message of the card. Then I had a Eureka! moment (ok, slight exaggeration), and decided I could use another pattern from Mod Borders to create an arrow of sorts. I stamped a portion of the border along the top, then masked and stamped along the side, ultimately pointing out the 100% stamp I’d grabbed from the Document It – Off the Chart stamp set.

I hope he loves it!

Are you ready?  Let’s get started with some of the new stamps and Die-namics making their debut today.

First up today is a new stamp set and coordinating Die-namics die set from Lisa Johnson Designs.  Sweet Roses is a beautiful floral set containing both solid and line-art images in two different sizes, along with everyday sentiments.

The Roses and Leaves Die-namics die set coordinates with the roses and leaves in the Sweet Roses stamp set.  Die-cut each flower and leaves image, then stamp with the coordinating solid or line-art image to create beautiful roses.

You can find a quick video featuring the Roses and Leaves Die-namics HERE or simply click play below:

We have two new adorable Pure Innocence images to introduce today: Pure Innocence Serenity and Pure Innocence Little Gardner.

One more stamp set making its debut today is Mod Borders, from Laina Lamb Design. Create fun borders and accents on your cards and scrapbook layouts, or stamp the images repeatedly to create your own patterned paper.

You loved the debut of our new Blueprints 1 Die-namics during our March release, and we are thrilled to bring you the Blueprints 2 Die-namics for the April Release! Pair Blueprints 2 Die-namics with any stamp set and follow the provided sketches, or mix and match the elements to become your own architect.

You can find a quick video featuring the Blueprints 2 Die-namics HERE or simply click play below:

Bottom Line Alphabet Die-namics is our newest alphabet.  The bold, graphic letters will make a statement on any card or scrapbook layout.

You can find a quick video featuring the Bottom Line Alphabet Die-namics HERE or simply click play below:

Our new Bottom Line Numbers and Symbols Die-namics die set is the perfect companion to our new Bottom Line Alphabet Die-namics.

And if all of the new stamps and Die-namics weren’t enough, we are also introducing a brand new color collection to our Relenishments line!  Factory Green will be available in our Premium Dye Ink, Premium Dye Ink Refill, card stock, and buttons, on April 9th at 10 PM EST.
Here you can see and compare the range of colors in our Green Replenishments line.

One more addition to the MFT Boutique is Smooth White Card Stock. Our Smooth White Card Stock offers a very smooth finish, ideal for stamping bold or solid images using our Premium Dye Ink Pads.

I wanted to create a clean, bold birthday card using Lisa’s new Sweet Roses set and Mod Borders from Laina Lamb. I LOVE how it turned out!

I stamped the chevron border stamp along the top and bottom of my card front using Black Licorice ink, then stamped Make a Wish from Birthday Sentiments and embossed it with black powder with a touch of added glitter so it would sparkle.

I stamped my rose in Wild Cherry and Electric Red inks, and my leaves in Sour Apple and Jellybean Green inks. Then I added two thin strips of Wild Cherry card stock to act as a border to frame my sentiment and flower.

Once my card front was complete, I mounted it to a Kraft card base.
