Hi all! I know it’s not Wednesday, but since I introduced this in our Forum, I also wanted to post it here so that everyone could play along!
Here are the Wednesday Stamp Club deets!
Wednesday Stamp Club was created to do 3 things:
1) Give us a reason to hang out and stamp together.
2) Create something beautiful, useful and (sometimes) outside of the A2 sized box.
3) Help us Learn. Grow. Know. with MFT!
Welcome to the Wednesday Stamp Club!
Each Wednesday, (with the exception of the week prior to the release for the next Guest Designer contest) someone (generally me!) from Team MFT will post an idea, project, sample or more to inspire our creativity!
Here is a picture of this weeks FIRST Wednesday Stamp Club (hereafter referred to as WSC) completed project:
This weeks Stamp Club challenge is to use this project as a jumping board to unleash YOUR own creativity! Will you be inspired by our new template? The Pure Innocence stamps? The gingham digital paper? Get inspired and get stamping… then come back to share your creation with us. Be sure to let us know how the project inspired your creation.
One participant will be chosen at random to receive a code good for a FREE mini stamp set of their choice! Your deadline is Tuesday, December 8, at 10:00 PM. The winner will be chosen and posted along with the Stamp Club info for next week. You may enter as many times as you wish, as long as the projects are all different (who knows… we may inspire you to stamp every day). We are SO looking forward to seeing your creations!
This project box holds my baby shower gift for Emma’s teacher, Miss Mikie. Since she’s having a girl, I thought it fitting to use the sweet PI Flower Girl set, and when I chose the colors, I kept them very soft and muted to match the soft feel of a baby girl!
Here’s how I made it:
I started with the gingham DIGI paper pack and printed it out. The cool thing about digi papers is that I can print out the pattern on one side of my paper, then flip it and print the template on the back!
Here is my project stash gathered so that everything would be at my fingertips. I’ve got my image stamped, my template, my Glittered Garnish Adornments, my Glue Glider and my Royalty Ribbon (isn’t it LOVELY?)
Here I have cut out the outer piece of my Bath Salts Box and punched out handles using a word window punch. I am thinking it would fun to try Nesties too, maybe the ribbon tag so there would be an area to tie ribbon through!
Here’s my Pure Innocence Flower Girl all colored up!
And here is the project all finished and waiting to give to the LUCKY mom-to-be!
Ready to play along for YOUR chance to WIN? Once your project is completed, list the link here, and one random winner will be selected next Wednesday!
