Yes…I realize Mother’s Day was weeks ago, but I am now getting around to uploading the card I made for my MIL! It would even be fair to say I am getting around to MAKING the Mother’s Day card for my MIL. Sigh. There you have it…procrastination at its finest. Well, not procrastination really, I just am the kind of person who has to have her *chores* done before she plays, even when that playing is actually necessary! So, enough about my paper indiscretions, and onto card #1: I used Happy Occasions since it is SO stinkin’ easy to create with. I added the scalloped background with Setting the Stage and the sentiment from Essential Sentiments.
For card #2, I am cleaning up my act and getting my FIL’s card out early!! HA! Since they live in Holland, we don’t get around to mailing things as often as we should, and the only chance I have for this to arrive in time is to send it with the Mother’s Day card. Some happy mail for all! I again used Happy Occasions for this card and It’s Elemental for the background image. This ALSO follows this weeks sketch challenge on SCS! Whoo hoo!
Now, since I will be prepping for the release next Wed….I thought it would be fun to offer a little Treat. Well, scratch that…a BIG TREAT! How about ALL the JUNE RELEASES!
