Today we have our final post from this month’s Fabulous Friend – Kim Teasdale! Haven’t you loved each of her gorgeous creations this month? I am totally in love with her sense of color and her fabulous sponging. Today’s project is certainly no exception, you will LOVE her à la modes: Something’s Fishy. Be sure to take a deep breath because I am sure you’re going to gasp when you see this one….just look at the dock she’s drawn in, and all of her scene work with sponged puffy clouds, using the Die-namics Fresh Cut Grass to sponge in the edge of the pond? Simply fabulous!
As usual, we’re getting to know our guest artist this month through a little Q&A session…..
What technique or style would you most like to develop in your own crafting?
“I would really like to develop my clean and simple card making skills. I always have a tendency to keep adding more “stuff” to my cards and I never have the good sense to leave well enough alone. Most of the cards in my SCS Favourites Gallery consist of beautiful clean and simple cards and it’s always a “slap myself on the forehead” kind of moment with the words “now why didn’t I think of that” attached to it
“
Kim, thank you SO much for sharing your gorgeous work with us this month! You truly are a *fabulous* friend to have!
