Hello, Friend

Hello Friends! Usually I’ve got a video for you on Fridays, but we’ve been busy preparing for our trip to CHA next week.   I wanted to leave you with a little eye candy before the weekend though, so I was happy to create a big old mess on my desk and make a card to share.

I inked up Pure Innocence: Freckles with Brilliance Ink and then heat embossed with clear embossing powder.  I wanted to play with my new Tim Holtz Markers before I took off for the week.  I’ll get started on a tutorial for working with them for you all, but wanted to play around a bit first.  I really enjoy watercoloring, so this was great fun!

I’ve used the Rounded Banner STAX for my main panel.  The Sentiment Strips are fantastic for small sentiment placement. I diced it in half to use in pieces on this card…..

The Pretty Posies Die-namics is always a favorite of mine. Here I’ve added one of our new Buttons – this one is Sno Cone.

Thanks for stopping by today, and we’ll see you again next week.  Be sure to follow MFT on Facebook for any updates we have from Chicago!
